Delivery information

We currently serve the following areas and countries:
European Economic Area:
Metropolitan France (including Corsica), Monaco, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.

International:
United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska), Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom

Our delivery rates are calculated when you enter your personal information in the shopping cart. They depend on the weight and your location. Surcharges may apply depending on the selected delivery country.

Delivery is free for purchases over €150 in mainland France.

For metropolitan France:

  • 2 to 3 working days (estimated delivery time)

Eurozone:

  • 1 to 6 business days (estimated delivery time, depending on the country of delivery)

International :

  • 2 to 10 working days (indicative delivery time, depending on the country of delivery, excluding customs issues)
  • Home delivery: products are delivered to the postal address provided by the customer when placing their order.

  • Collection point: the customer can choose to collect their order from a partner collection point, selected when placing the order. Information relating to the chosen collection point is sent to the customer by email.

  • Click & Collect: the customer can collect their order directly from our Parisian counters: 2 Rue de Buci, 75006, Paris, Monday to Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The shipping costs charged exclusively cover transport and delivery to the address provided by the customer.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or administrative formalities may be required by the authorities of the destination country. These possible charges are not included in the price of the products or in the delivery costs and remain entirely the responsibility of the customer, who will have to pay them directly to the competent authorities.

In the event of refusal or non-payment of these duties and taxes, we cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery, the return of goods or their destruction by customs authorities.

Managing your delivery

The Click & Collect service is available at 2 rue du Buci, 75006 Paris, from Monday to Sunday, 10:30 am to 8 pm. An ID will be required when collecting your order.

Your package can be collected:
• Starting the next day from 1 p.m., for orders placed before noon from Monday to Friday,
• From 1 p.m. on the following Monday, for orders placed from Friday noon to Sunday

Once you receive confirmation that your order is ready, you have 10 days to collect your package.

In case of a delivery problem

In the event of a shipping delay, the customer will be notified directly by email.

For deliveries within the European Union only:

If the order has not been delivered within 30 working days, the customer has the right to cancel their order and receive a refund, excluding delivery costs, taxes, and any customs duties.

To exercise this right, the customer must provide their order number and tracking number, and contact customer service by email at the following address: serviceclient@comptoirs-lesdeuxmagots.fr

In the event that:

- The package is stuck in the warehouse or collection point without any update notification
- Package tracking is not updated

The Customer is invited to contact the Site's customer service at the following email address: serviceclient@comptoirs-lesdeuxmagots.fr

If your package arrives damaged, please follow the procedure below:

  • Refuse the package upon delivery.
  • Otherwise, please send us photographic proof of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the package, by email to serviceclient@comptoirs-lesdeuxmagots.fr .
  • Then return the package by mail, according to the instructions that will be provided to you by our customer service.

Upon receipt of the returned package, we will verify the conformity between the condition of the products and the reason for the return.

If the damage is confirmed, we will proceed, according to your choice, either:

  • to the refund of your order within 14 days (upon receipt of the package at our premises),
  • either to the reshipment of the damaged products , entirely covered by us.

If:

  • The package was delivered to the wrong person
  • The package was lost
  • The package was stolen

Please contact our carrier, GLS, directly at 09 74 910 910 (non-premium number) in France.

Returns and refunds

In accordance with applicable legal provisions, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify a reason.

Products must be returned in their original condition and complete.

Yes, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

By accepting the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of our site, the customer accepts that the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products (gift cards) or opened consumables (e.g. alcohol, coffee bags, boxes of chocolates, jams, etc.)

No, exchanges are not accepted for products ordered on the comptoirs-lesdeuxmagots.fr website.

However, it is possible to obtain a refund according to the terms detailed below.

Return process

You have 14 days from the receipt of the products to make your return by following this procedure:

Fill out the return form that you will find by following this link.
Send it by email to serviceclient@comptoirs-lesdeuxmagots.fr
Print it and put it in your package.

Send your package back to us by post at the following address:

The product(s) must reach us in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are at your expense.

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the order within 14 days of our receipt of the package.
