Comptoirs Les Deux Magots offers two or three types of delivery:

• Click & Collect: free service, available at 2 rue du Buci, 75006 Paris, from Monday to Sunday from 10:30 am to 8 pm.
  For parcel collection:
  -From 1 p.m. the following day, for orders placed before noon from Monday to Friday,
  -From 1 p.m. the following Monday, for orders placed from Friday noon to Sunday
  You will receive an email confirming that your order is available at the Click & Collect point.
• Home delivery: in France and internationally, see the "FAQ" page for a list of countries served.
• Delivery to a Pickup Point: you can choose to collect your order from a partner pickup point, selected during your order.

Please note that:

• Shipping costs (and possibly customs fees) are calculated based on your shipping address and the weight of the package.
• Shipping is free for orders over €200.

You can track the status of your order in your customer account by clicking on the My Orders tab

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email from us confirming its dispatch, as well as an email from our delivery partner for tracking purposes.

In accordance with legal provisions, Comptoirs Les Deux Magots accepts returns within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your order.

Products must be returned in their original condition and complete. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

By accepting the Site's Terms and Conditions, the customer agrees that the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products (gift cards) or opened consumables (e.g., alcohol, coffee bags, boxes of chocolates, jams, etc.).

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the order within 14 days of our receipt of the package.
